GracePointe Family

I know many of you do not know me on a personal level but I thank God every day for leading me to worship at GracePointe. I share this with you hoping and praying that it touches each of your hearts.

With my heart on my sleeve, I'm sharing with you what He laid on me today:

For a few minutes, stop and listen openly.

When you finally realize there is no other choice, fall to your knees.

Open your heart and soul completely.

Let it all out.

Hand it over and yes, it is too great for you to burden.

He is right there!

God's right there waiting for you to let go.

Remember this:


What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer!
O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear;
All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.


Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged; take it to the Lord in prayer.
Can we find a friend so faithful who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness; take it to the Lord in prayer.


Are we weak and heavy laden, cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Savior, still our refuge; take it to the Lord in prayer.
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee? Take it to the Lord in prayer!

In His arms He'll take and shield thee; thou wilt find a solace there.



He is the only cure! He is the only answer! Let Him fill you up!
